By accessing or using any services provided by Soulful Evolution ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our website at www.soulfulevolution.com and related domains, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Soulful Evolution provides:
Individual psychic and mediumship readings
AI-powered astrology reports
Educational courses and content
Community access and forums
Live events and workshops
Digital products and resources
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3.4. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
4.3. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed.
4.4. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchased services.
4.5. Financing options may be available through third-party providers.
5. REFUND POLICY
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations.
If you don't receive meaningful, verifiable insight during your session, email support@soulfulevolution.com within seven days after the session for a full refund of your reading fee.
This guarantee applies to new $497, 90-minute private-reading bookings made after this updated policy is published. Cancellation and no-show terms still apply. It does not apply to the course or energy-clearing sessions. See the private-reading guarantee.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information provided through our services. This disclaimer does not limit the private-reading money-back guarantee.

Our services are not a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to:

Legal advice
Financial or investment advice
Psychological or psychiatric treatment
6.4. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on our services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Soulful Evolution or its licensors.
7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7.3. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate any person or entity
Share your account access with others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute spam or malware
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. PRIVACY

11.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulful Evolution, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations.
15.2. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.
15.3. Small claims court actions are exempt from arbitration.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
