Soulful Evolution ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

Payment Information: Credit card details (processed securely through third-party processors)

If you start a course checkout, enter your email and tick the checkout box agreeing to hear from us, but don’t finish paying, we may send you one email with a link back to that checkout. We send at most one a week, and only if you haven’t bought the course since. Reply to the email to stop hearing from us.

Page tests: the course page currently comes in two versions. This browser stores which one it was shown (a random letter, A or B, nothing about you), and a course checkout records that letter with the purchase so we can see which version helps people more.
You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Meta advertising
We use the Meta Pixel on selected public pages (home, about, readings, course, membership, AstroReport and the Thursday live page) to measure page and offer views, checkout starts (opening the course checkout, or clicking through from the readings page to book a reading or an energy clearing) and Thursday sign-ups, and to show Allison’s offers on Facebook and Instagram. A booking click sends only which session and its listed price, never anything you enter on the booking page. Meta receives browser and device information, cookie identifiers and the public page address. We do not send booking form answers, private reading details, payment card information or student account content through the pixel.
Whether advertising starts on depends on your browser’s time zone setting. We read it in your browser only; it is not stored or sent to us. In a United States time zone outside Pacific time, advertising cookies are on by default after a short notice, and you can opt out at any time. Everywhere else, including Pacific time (California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada), US territories, the United Kingdom, the European Union and any time zone we can’t identify, advertising stays off until you choose “Allow advertising”.
A completed course purchase is reported to Meta only if you tick the optional, unticked box next to the enrol button. The report says that you bought the course and includes the purchase value and currency, a purchase identifier used to prevent duplicate reporting, your email address in hashed form, and browser details that help Meta match the purchase (browser type, IP address and Meta cookie identifiers). Hashing does not make this information anonymous. You can buy the course without ticking the box. This reporting is separate from the payment and course-access records we need to fulfil your order.
Private-reading purchase reporting has a separate, unchecked optional checkbox in the reading booking form. If you select it, we may report an eligible completed reading purchase to Meta to measure ads and show relevant ads. The report includes your email address in hashed form, the reading product, purchase amount and currency, a stable purchase identifier to prevent duplicate reporting, the original payment time, and the public reading-page address. It does not include session notes, private reading content, booking form answers or payment card details. You can book without selecting this checkbox.
Rejecting or opting out does not prevent browsing, booking or buying a course. We remember an Allow in this browser for up to 180 days. An opt-out has no time limit: it stays until you change it, and a small first-party cookie (allison_ads_opt_out) keeps it even if this site’s stored data is cleared or blocked. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional advertising off, including the default described above.
Use and choose “Reject optional” (or “Opt out” in the notice) to turn advertising off in this browser. This stops future browser events and asks our server to stop pending and future course and reading purchase reports associated with this browser’s consent receipts. To withdraw only the reading permission, use “Reading ad choices” on the reading booking page; this asks our server to stop reading reports without changing your separate course and browser advertising choice. Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent to Meta. If the server request fails, the page explains how to retry or contact us. To request deletion or exercise rights across devices, email privacy@soulfulevolution.com.
Meta uses information under its Privacy Policy. Advertising sharing may be considered sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under applicable law; you can opt out with Cookie choices or Global Privacy Control.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including:
Right to know what personal information is collected
Right to delete personal information
Right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data)
Right to non-discrimination
12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
