There is no script to follow or special experience you need. Allow the conversation to unfold in its own way. A reading cannot promise a particular message or connection.

Before your reading.
What happens after I choose a session?
Select an available date and time in the calendar, enter your details and review payment and booking terms. The booking service sends your appointment confirmation. Keep that email for the session details.
Will I connect with a particular loved one?
Allison approaches each session openly. A specific connection, message or outcome cannot be guaranteed.
What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can receive a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, choose a 50% refund or full credit toward rescheduling. With less than 24 hours’ notice, there is no refund, but you may reschedule once. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. To request a change, contact Allison’s team.
Can I get a refund after my reading?
Completed readings are non-refundable. If technical issues prevent completion, the affected part can be rescheduled or refunded. If Allison cannot complete your session because of an emergency, you can choose a full refund or rescheduling. See the full refund policy.
Does Mastermind membership include this appointment?
No. A private reading is a separate one-to-one appointment. Mastermind membership is a group community and learning experience.
Can I experience Allison’s work before booking?
