With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can receive a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, choose a 50% refund or full credit toward rescheduling. With less than 24 hours’ notice, there is no refund, but you may reschedule once. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. To request a change, email support@soulfulevolution.com.
Completed energy-clearing sessions are non-refundable. If technical issues prevent completion, the affected part can be rescheduled or refunded. If Allison cannot complete your session because of an emergency, you can choose a full refund or rescheduling. See the full refund policy.
